Exclamation

I am writing from Texas. Paid a laboratory in Arizona state to manufacture a natural product. They added some other substance (probably aditive) unrequested and unknown for me. When the product was received and compared with a previous order it looked pretty different. Asked why and was told it would not make any harm to people, nevertheless two days ago had received a call from customer mentioning the product did not look the same in color and in performance and she had been suffering from low pressure as result of the intake of the product. Now, we have to take this product out of the market and we would like to know:
Who is responsible for the losses and what kind of lawyer I have to hire to prevent the consequences and at least write the lab a letter of complaint.
Thank you for your advise

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

Transactional law attorney who can help you with the breach of contract situation. If people sue you as a result of the product's defect, then you hire a products liability defense attorney.
