i hired an attorney for a zoning violation with the township i live in in oct 00 he told me to contact him in dec 00 i did nothing yet court case on feb 14 told me to call in jan i did nothing yet called 1st week in feb told me to tuesday week before court i did secretary said not in give message,i called friday told secretary if he doesn't call by five pm i will fire him called ten till can i meet him on sunday at 4 thirty at office i said ok waited at house he called 2 pm can't make it meet me at office 4;30 monday discussed trial procedure asked if he was going to have my witnesses testify oh ok i'll call him now met him for breakfast tuesday morn,called told me all set meet him at court 8:30 wed morn,he got their met with their attorney met with me sujested that i concede because i didn' have anything legal to stand on told me that i had 99%chance of losing case and would be lible for all their fees i just went blank with rage and did what he told me i must of been brain dead he said he talked to judge after and judge said i would have lost how can that be if i couldn't show my evidence,so do i have a malpractice case or what pissed in michigan
