Tennessee: Can you recover damages for mental stress caused by your attorney negligently allowing your psychological records to be received by the opposing attorney after he had assured you that the opposing attorney could not reach your psychological records? What if the attorney had a remedy to keep your records confidential and did not pursue that remedy and did not tell you that such a remedy existed?
