Just a question. If during the process of 9 depositions in a large latex litigation suit the attorney decides that they can no longer represent you and hands you some forms for substitution of attorney. how long do you have to sign them. after reading the forms it needs the name of the substituting attorneys name. can they ask for this in such a short notice? like < 24 hours? Also can they just bail only giving the reason of a few inconsistancies without further explaination? and one more thing. While during a deposition is it common for the defense council to bring a birthday cake into the deposition and have a small celebration with my attorney all while it is during my time. I think that they should have waited until the depo was over for the day and then done that. PS if you know any good attorneys in san diego let me know. |
