Question
At 17 my daughter lost her father.He had problems w/chest pains and arm numbness. Had test they came out ok, died of masive heatattack. Can she get his medical records? She still have time to sue? He died in 6/97.We live in Ohio

Dear Bray;

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the statute of limitations has expired and I don't know of any "loop-holes" where your daughter or any other survivor could still file a claim.
