| At 17 my daughter lost her father.He had problems w/chest pains and arm numbness. Had test they came out ok, died of masive heatattack. Can she get his medical records? She still have time to sue? He died in 6/97.We live in Ohio [Edited by Bray on 02-20-2001 at 01:51 PM] |

| Dear Bray; I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the statute of limitations has expired and I don't know of any "loop-holes" where your daughter or any other survivor could still file a claim. Sorry! Pam |
