washington, d.c.., harford county, joppa, md.

dr. did not provide test after several visits and phone calls complaining of headache, nausia, dizziness, numbness, tingling in various parts of body, metalic taste in mouth, black outs, ambulatory transportation to varioius hospitals from job.

dr. and counselor did not forward medical records to dissability claims office, causing me to lose wages.

dr. refused to forward medical records to neurologist and primary care physician in a timely manner.

resulted in emergency surgery.

job treatened by avoidence to send in medical records, forced to resign.

do i have a case?

Usually malpractice involves mistreating a patient or failing to detect something ang causing something serious. But ask a malpractice lawyer. It all depends and they don't charge unless they collect for you.
