| I had my uterus removed because the Dr. slipped. He admitted his mistake. The statue of limitations has run out.I have since then had my ovaries removed to correct the mistake and have been thrown into early menopause at the age of 28.I was not warned of this possibility. It took me several years to discover all of this. This has caused mental and emotional damage to me,my husband and children in the process. Are there any circumstances that can for go the statue of limitations?I am from Texas. |

| Dear LJack; The short answer to your question is NO. Once the statute of limitations has expired, there is no possibility of opening a claim. Pam |
