| I lost my child with no explanation, was put through a surgery I never gave consent for not to mention losing part of my anatomy in the process. Is the Statute of Limitations to sue two years? If so how can I extend that if I don't yet have an attorney? |

| Dear Buddy; I read your other post, and there is something very suspicious here. I would suggest you get a copy of your wifes records from the hospital ASAP. Also, was an autopsy done on the infant? You will need to get a copy of that also. The statute of limitations is normally two years, but can be more or less, depending on what state you live in. Try and find a medical malpractice attorney who specializes in OB/GYN cases. God bless you and good luck! Pam |
