Manufacturer won't stand by product Massachusetts/New Hampshire - I distributed a product manufactured in N.H. but was forced to go out of business because of the faulty manufacturing of the product. ( It was costing me money to stay in business) . A customer recently notified me that his customer is having a problem with the product. Even though I am out of business, I contacted the Manufacturer and gave them the info. on the problem hopinf they could resolve it. I received a fax from the manufacturer stating that there records indicate this particular order was not paid for, and the problem with the product is my problem. What are the legalities of this issue? |
