i am from texas, the questions that i want answers to is a result of a situation that occurred in indiana.

my 1st question is: what is the statue of limitations for medical malpractice for the state of indiana?

2nd question: what is the statue of limitations for wrongful death in the state of indiana?

It is very short for malpractice, a year or two, but look it up under state laws.
