Your minor daughter had surgery without your consent. Do you have a question regarding the issue?

I would like to know if I can take legal action toward the hospital, doctor and grandparents who posed as my daughter's parents and legal guardian?

The hospital had me listed as her mother as I have taken my kids to this hospital before. The grandparents didn't have to have any documentation to admit her into the hospital and then two days later signed consent for anesthesia and operation.

I've answered you in the other section. Please choose one of the posts and delete the other.
Thanks,
