im in illinois a little over a year ago a dr. here told me i had cervical cancer.then told me if i planned to have no more children i should have a total hysterectomy i am was only 29 at the time everyone that has been told in my family that they had cancer has died shortly after so i was terrified.i started hearing really bad rumors about this dr. and went to someone else all it was was an infection.now my question is he is trying to sue me to pay the bill what should i do do i have a leg to stand on to sue him for the misdiagnosis?i was also told by his nurse this bill was taken care of and they did not contact me for a little over a year about it.in need of serious help in illinois.
