Mold on supermarket pie

Why would you think you could sue someone for this?? Seriously?? We all have a responsibility to ourselves to at least open our eyeballs and look at what we are serving our families or eating ourselves.

The mold was a huge clue not to eat the pie.
You are definitely entitled to a refund.Nothing more.

I have to wonder what this means ..."Luckily, I didn't eat the pie, but had I not been thinking twice, I would of cut up that pie and fed it to my family without taking note."

Do you have long periods of time when you are not thinking?

I wouldn't be thinking about "any further legal action" anyway.

All I know is that after reading xylene's post, I'm going to carefully inspect any and all pie before consumption.

I've never seen a pie with mold on it.
