because his medical experts did not gie the k to for forward. Some of the areas we had wondered why our own docotrs did not check into, the medical experts did not either form what my attorney told me. My husband and i are torn by this. Do patients have any rights against doctors? because it is not in the "records' does this mean they win. My husbands primary care doc only has a few scattered records on my husband, he has been seeing him for 8-9 years on and off in between other doctors. When my husband had a major surgery at a university, they requested records from the primary care doc. Only a few scattered records came. One being an EKG that was not read correctly by the primary care doc. how we know this is the universtiy doc asked when my husband had a heart attack? we were like what, so they ran a new one... they compared the same. So this is ok? this doctor get awaywith this? My husband went through a stress test there and he has a thickened heart muscle. he was being treated symptomaticly for years, complained of head aches, he was told is was stress and diet. Different docotrs ran different tests.. he needed an MRI. Get this one of the doctors expert opinion was that my husbands tumor was found well below the average time.. yeah, so this is ok, he still suffered dammages form the delay. what is the average based on? the dinosar age? Any suggestions from you people would be most appreciated. thanks
