my question is its been over a year now. but last year my son at five weeks old was diagnosed with pyloric stenosis a disease were the opening at the bottom of your stomach connected to your intestines closes and you can't pass any food or drink .well the people at the hospital were he had his upper gi done to test for it said to come back in a week to see if its any worse and they were supposed to call our docter with the resultsand theynever did they also said that they didn't realize how serious it could to an infant.so im wondering if even though its been this long is thier anything I can doto the hospital as far as suing for negligence thankyou.
