Negligence ?????

What is the name of your state? wi

dr. writes script for~ ADDERALL XR 20 mg. 2 in am and 1 at noon~

pharmacy fills~

just picked up daughters meds from pharmacy, get home and look at bottle~

info sheet is correct~

label on bottle is correct~

look at capsules~ WOW what are these??

pharmacy filled bottle with WRONG DOSE capsules~

gave 30mg capsules SHOULD BE 20 mg capsules~

now what if were not observent and gave her 60 mg in am and 30 at noon??

maybe nothing BUT maybe a big problem!

just some more bull---- to add to a post above about my daughters struggles with proper treatment since age 4 1/2 now she is 12( 13 soon ), how do i get thru to the PROFESSIONALS to help my daughter and not just SPEND THE MONEY THEY ARE PAID TO HELP HER!!!!!!!!!!!!
