| My Mom is a member of Kaiser hospital medical group in California. The hospital discharged her approximately 3 weeks ago diagnosed with ulcerations of the esophagus. I believe the diagnosis was caused as a direct result of hospital negligence. How can the family get the hospital to realize her condition warrants MEDICAL HOSPITALIZATION and not prolonged nursing care? |

| You hire an attorney, that's how. Try cali state bar (either L.A. or S.F., whichever is closer for you) and/or http://www.attorneypages.com ____________________________________________________________ I am a law school graduate.
