nerve damage to lower body

What is the name of your state? missouri In 1969 I had a gastric resection to my stomach and my dudinal was removed. In this area I understand now that this is where vitimin b12 is produced for your body. The last four yrs have been a lot of pain to my right leg,right testicle bag, and anal area.My rt.leg burns along with the other areas mentioned like I have a built in heating pad turned up on high.For pain I take Oxycotin to relieve some of the pain I have. After seeing different doctors for each area involved no one had a solution. I had a EMG done and the doctor said that I had some severe nerve damage to my lower right side that was causing the Pain. I was sent to a neoroligist and I was told that when the gastric resection was done my B12 and other vitimans were going to be shorted to my body. This inturn was the cause of the nerve damage and may not be reversed. When I had the surgery I wasn,t told that this would cause a problem of this nerve damage. I know the time frame here is enormus but is there anything I could do.

I can tell you without hesitation or reservation that after 33 years, and assuming there was medical malpractice, your Statute of Limitations on the surgery has expired long ago.
