Neurontin - suicide

What is the name of your state? Pennsylvania

A law firm has notified me that they feel this claim is worth pursuing - it involves the use of Neurontin in which the party involved committed suicide. Before signing the forms to start the legal proceedings along with notarized forms to obtain all medical records, I had some questions regarding the wording of the contract I have to sign to start the proceedings.

This is very important to me, not only to clear the party's memory of the suicide, but for his sons peace of mind in understanding why their Dad did this - and this would prove it was the medication that made him do this. Also, to save others from having the same experience - I understand that there have been many suicides related to the use of Neurontin.

Please advise me in the filing of this claim.

Thank you!

My response:

I just love it when people come here, and can't get their thoughts together. They make all that effort, and then say things like, "I had some questions regarding the wording of the contract I have to sign to start the proceedings" and wind up never asking any questions!

It's incredible.

Well, one has to consider though that the wrtier is a sabratooth tiger so some leeway should be given to the prehistoric feline.

Neurontin-suicide

I was typing clauses from the form in which I didn't understand and this isn't easy because of the suicide situation - but received your responses before I was fininshed -

Never mind - I changed my mind. Thanks for making me feel much worse than when I thought I finally came to the right place for help.

Happy New Year to you too.

Goodbye.
