To PamSJS/Thank you

Hi Pam,

I was not sure how this site worked, but I think I messed up and replied to your message to me at the question site. Does this make sense? To read my reply to you, please go back to my original post "Should not have been released" and read it there. I think I am now getting the hang of this site.

Also, along with my reply, I want to thank you for your post to Jeff Williams. I seen your post to him and read it. I thought the same thing when he referred me to the California site. I thought, as well as said to my husband "What is a California based attorney going to do for me?" Thank you for trying to find out what that is all about. It seems, in my opinion, like he is doing some soliciting, not sure.

By the way, when someone does answer a question, are they always attorneys or are they sometimes just another person who has went through the same thing as you? Oh my, now you have two long posts to read. Let me know if you found my other reply to you.

Dear Kristy;

I believe the J. Williams problem is a thing of the past.

Generally, when you post a question to this site, it is answered either by an attorney or another professional (I am a legal nurse consultant). Sometimes, there are those who may have been through similar problems, and they post their "experiences" in an effort to give the poster some direction or idea how they resolved their own conflict.

The attorneys who give of their time and expertise in these forums are very good and always give up-to-date and reliable information. Some will even go the "extra mile" by searching particular state laws, or actual court cases related to the question being asked.

Hope this answers your questions. Feel free to respond.

Pam
