| Hello, I own a facial salon in TEXAS and almost 1.5-2 years ago, I did a facial on a customer. She then moved to another state. Recently she called and informed me about filing a lawsuit against me or my business for ruining her skin. Does she have grounds to sue? What about statutes of limitations or proof that I caused the injuries? Please give me some advice on this subject... My entire career depends on this. Thank You. |

| Without knowing the details and the causes of action this customer has against you, it is hard to say. If she was born ugly, you are not responsible. |

| She will need to pay for some pretty expensive expert witnesses to prove her case after this length of time.
