Hello,
I own a facial salon in TEXAS and almost 1.5-2 years ago, I did a facial on a customer. She then moved to another state. Recently she called and informed me about filing a lawsuit against me or my business for ruining her skin. Does she have grounds to sue? What about statutes of limitations or proof that I caused the injuries? Please give me some advice on this subject... My entire career depends on this.

Without knowing the details and the causes of action this customer has against you, it is hard to say.
If she was born ugly, you are not responsible.

She will need to pay for some pretty expensive expert witnesses to prove her case after this length of time.
