Virginia. I went to my dermatologist for ongoing eczema & psoriosis. I was given a new cream that promised results. It did. It was 100%(don't have exact name at hand)cortizone. My skin was permanently damaged -arms, skin so thin it bruises and bleds like an elderly person. Legs have permanent black and blue discoloration. Reporting this, the MD saw me immediately, apologized, the medicine came from out of the USA and she did not know that the label and contents differed. I was not required to pay - they hurried me in and out, away from other patients. My main concern is what I have to live with - I can't go out in the sun nor do heavy gardening.Is saying we're sorry good enough? Time frame - several years have passed - my husband agreed with MD - such a shame

If the time frame is several years as you stated it appears the statue of limitations may have you. I'm not sure what it is in your state but I think in most it is probably 2 years. Your condition sounds really terrible. Good luck.
