Last year my daughter was injured on a swing at the day care she used to attend. Her hand got stuck in the hole for the seatbelt of a Little Tykes swing. When the day care attendants tried to remove her hand her wrist was broken from the force used to free her hand. Well, first of all the day care center is liable, but is Little Tykes liable for the danger it put my child in? We have never seen this same swing again and have never seen another like it in the stores. All the swings now have a hole only big enough for a belt to fit in - not a hand. What can we do?
