Angry

products brought hair out

Im a lisc. cosmetologist and back in nov,dec,2001; I had a problem with a certain company porduct. It took my hair out in spots. As a result I had to get a very very short haircut. I also want you to know that I am a aspiring model who is known with my long hair and now its cut short. I sent the company photos of my hair before and after, 5 strands of hair for them to test and also filled out a full questionaire that they sent to me. And as a result I was called on friday february 21,2002 to make them an offer. I was told to call back on monday february 24, 2002 with a number. The problem is I dont know what enough money is. I dont want a lawyer cause they get too dramatic and I just want a settlement and case over. I want out the deal 50,000 but I assume I should as for 75,000. what do you think?

1.What company manufactures this product?
2.What is the name of the product?
3. Is the hair loss permanent or is it growing back?
4. Why did you use it in the first place and did you read the directions?
5. Did you see a dermatologist?
6. Do you see the red instructions for posting?

Yeah, right.

Our writer will be lucky to get $500.00. No one, but no one, settles for $50,000.00 without a fight.

Well, two answers out of 6 1/2 questions leaves me plenty of room for educated guesses.
The product is a hair relaxer and the company is owned by L'Oreal USA.It is quite possible you over-processed your hair to the point where the shaft was so weakened it broke near the scalp.
My estimate is $100 for a few haircuts and some coupons.
You never did read the RED posting instructions.
