Resturant accident...

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona
HI,
I was eating at a restaurant with a friend. I was at a table with her, my chair was against the wall, the walls were about 15' or so high. All of a sudden she shouted "watch out". I did not know why she said that, but I dove into a fetal position. Out of nowhere 2 large wood and glass framed pictures feel crashing on my head, neck, shoulders, and back. I had glass everywhere, down my bra, in my pants etc. I had to go to the bathroom and take my clothes off and shake off the glass. I had cuts on my head and feet. I had a blouse that had the back out of it and I had cuts there as well.
My question is, I have now had sever headaches from this, a cracked tooth in the back a month later, that needed a crown, due to the picture hitting that side of my jaw, and now TMJ. I went to the Dr. the next day with an awful headache. He had me do blood work and sent me to have a cat scan. I also went to a new chiropractor/ acupuncturist/ physical therapist for over 2 months. I was having to pay for all of this out of my own pocket. My M.D. did not take my new insurance. So I had to stop going to the chiropractor too.
In the meantime my Mother was dying at home and later in hospice, and I was/am her only care giver (an only child), so I could not do much about all of this but endure the pain I was in. She has sense died. I have been in such an emotional roller coaster, that I have not sought legal counsel. What is my statute of limitations on this? I at least think the restaurant should pay for all my medical expenses. They did call me the next day and the recording said "hello this is the restaurant that tried to kill you yesterday". I saved the recording and did not talk to them because I did not know if this was wise..."anything you say can and will be held against you" sort of thing.
So what is my next step with this? Call an attorney? Do I have any chance of collecting or winning this case?
Thank you,
J.F.

from a quick search, I found that the statute of limitations for a personal injury suit is 2 years. I did not verify but have no reason not to believe it either.

yes, you have a great chance of winning a suit, if filed. Part of the problem though is who is liable; the restaurant or the company that hung the items on the wall.

Seek an initial consult with a personal injury attorney.

You likely cannot do anything on your own. Contact a good local personal injury attorney.

Chance??? Of course you do. In my opinion, based solely only on your post, not much of one, but you certainly do have a chance.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
