Rezulin class action

What is the name of your state? Ca.

My mother took the drug Rezulin , was took off it by her MD March of 2000 ...she passed away June of 2001 ..just over a yr. ..she had signed a class action lawsuit with a atty. in Ca. ( she was not a resident of that state she lived in Ks. ) she named me a if she was deceased in the paper work ...I dont know who the name of the atty. is nothing ...and what are my chances of finding out ..? There is no paper work that I can attain in her home to find out either ..would any of you know what my next step would be ..I know this drug DID NOT do her any good ...what to do next ??

Class action lawsuits are usually filed in several (or all) States. You might check the Index to Actions at your county couryhouse. Or you might ask a lawyer if he has heard of such a lawsuit. He may have notices of such a suit in his office, or may have read of it in one of his journals. Otherise, I don't know what you could do. Maybe your local Bar Association might help you.
