| I live in california and am a distributor for a nutritional supplement company in utah. the company boasts of having the highest quality of ingredients and highest standards of pharmaceutical grade manufacturing. i have been a distributor since dec 2000 but now have lost my confidence in the products because recently as i was eating one of the energy bars there was a piece of latex rubber in the middle of the bar. i didn't swallow any of the rubber, but was sickened by the thought of what if a child had, or a customer. i am not sure how to pursue this. the confidence lost reflects on my ability to sell the products.
i have kept the half-eaten bar. is there any recourse? do i have a case for losing future earnings because of the lack of confidence in the products? or should i just write the company and request to be reimbursed for my distributorship?
Thanks,
