What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

i was injured by a patch and want to know if i have a suit

You're not supposed to place it where you have hair! I've never had an issue with them if you cannot tolerate the patches you should ask your prescribing Dr. to place you on Actiq instead of the patches.

You can't switch from fentanyl patches to Actiq. Fentanyl patches last 72 hours and Actiq is very short acting with quick onset- and Actiq is only indicated for breakthrough pain.
