Sharp glass fragments in a 3 musketeer fun bar

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I,m in Michigan, My mom purchased a bag of 3 musketeer fun bars and I ate about five of them in a row, and on the sixth one, I felt a slicing sensation on my gums so I moved my tongue over the area and felt two pieces of the glass which I spat into my hand. I then put the pieces in a small clear sandwich bag. Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks
