I designed and manufactured a building for a contractor in New York State.Structure was a prefabricated dome shaped building used for storing road salts and highway chemicals. It was built for New York State in 1987. Building mysteriously collapsed in 1994 without proof as to what made it fall down. Contractor and I replaced structure for New York with a new building designed by NY. We lost well over 500,000 dollars. Is there a statute of limitations on suing NY for the incident.
