sueing for libel and slander

What is the name of your state? wisconsin

can i sue a lawyer who is making libel and slanderous remarks about me in the family court commissioners court? And can I sue my estranged spouse for making libel and slanderous remarks to my children about me?

MY RESPONSE: No. Anything said in court, or in a court setting, is privileged; i.e., there's no cause of action in this instance.



And can I sue my estranged spouse for making libel and slanderous remarks to my children about me?

MY RESPONSE: Perhaps. But, you haven't given enough information to give you a qualified answer.
