| Lucky you! Provided a patient is adequately warned about the risk of failure of the vasectomy at any time during his life, a single semen analysis after 3 months is sufficient grounds for discontinuing other contraceptive precautions. However, transitory reappearance of sperm 12 months following successful vasectomy occurs in about 0.6% of men. This incidence is 18 times greater than the reported pregnancy rate following successful vasectomy. Just like winning the lottery! Last edited by vrzirn; 03-22-2002 at 12:30 AM. |

| Plus that procedure is not 100% effective. there is always a chance of conceiving and i am sure that the paper work you had to sign to have this procedure done included this so that means you have no case. Sorry If this were the case do you know how many people would have sued trojan when there condom broke. same scenerio |
