| california a female dog was taken into the vet's to have a hernia repaired so that the dog could be bred. when the owner picked the dog she found out it had been spayed. this dog is a a competive dog in dog sports where a dog of the quality sells for thousands of dollars. the office said there had been a mix-up because a dog of the same breed was in to be spayed. is there any recourse for this owner. |
