Vioxx mouth sores

What is the name of your state? Missouri

I took Vioxx a couple of years ago and every time I took it I got mouth sores that took weeks to go away. Is this grounds for any legal monetary amount due me from Merck (Vioxx)?

What are the requirements to qualify?

What you describe is an allergic reaction. No money from Merck in your future.

i would recommend you find a local lawyer who works on contingency. he might file it and since vioxx is in hot water, they might settle just to be rid of it. you have no risk either way.
