What can i do????? please help

What is the name of your state? NJ

In NJ a malpractice case can not be taken to small claims court - which at this point I thought was my only choice. I want my money back from a plastic surgeon who although he did not disfigure me - he did NOT do has he had stated he would. I look the exact same as I did before the procedure. I went thru hell with this "doctor". He lied to my face several times and "stole" my money. I want my money refunded and he has refused to do so. It is now a year later. Is there any legal actions I can take to have my money reimbursed???

thank you

You have already posted this question and received an answer. Saying the same thing twice does not change anything. You do not have a case.
You certainly may sue in SCC but the only thing small is the size of the claim; the burden of proof will be on you. You will lose. Although neither plaintiff nor defendant may have attorneys representing them you can bet there will be some powerful wittnesses for the doctor that will be provided by the insurance carrier.

Thank you so much for stating the obvious. I realize I posted twice however, in neither case did I direct my questions towards you personally. I appreciate your response - however your attitude was very rude. Maybe I was looking for various opinions - hence the reason for posting on a bulletin board.

I thought I could go to small claims court when I posted my question originally and realized later I could not. I was seeing what my options are. If Im annoying you with my persistance - GUESS WHAT - ignore my posts - its that simple!!!!!

Well, Vrzirn - -

You INSIST on responding to people from New York and New Jersey - - and this is what you get.

Just stop it !
