| My grandpa recently passed away. I brought back some of the medication he was on.One kind is SINEMET CR which is not suppose to be taken with Dilantin which he was also on. now the problem is Sinemet is for parkinsons disease which grandpa didn't have. Now my question is, is this cause for a lawsuit against the doctor that prescribed this? |

| Melissajason Are you sure he did'nt have this disease or maybe he did and did'nt want to tell the family. The only way you can find out is by a corners report. If it's to late you might have to do the unmentionable, That's only if you want to dig up the painful news. |
