Well, ya could. The bank will reject it but there is nothing unlawful about presenting it to be cashed.

Most likely you are just out the money though. It's beyond most typical statutes of limitations that may apply so whomever the payor is isn't likely to have to reissue a new check for it.

I suggest framing it and hanging it on the wall to remind you to not forget about checks you have recieved.
