What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FLORIDA.
I defulted on jun 2002 (last payment to debt) and was garnished on 2007 because I was not served to claim exception as per fl 222.12. I had later a hearing on jun 2009 that I claimed head of house hold exception and was granted. Creidtor wants a depositon for aug 2009. I wrote to the judge and sited fl 222.12 and 95 11 suppoted by Portafolio arecovery associates, LLC Appellant, V_ Paul Fernandez Appelle and other case that I do remenber.

Does 222.12 and 95 11 (3) (K) will prevele? in my case.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
