account listed 3 times on my credit report.

couple of questions,first im new here,and have been working on cleaning up my credit for about 3 years now...went the wrong rout and filed bankruptcy and stopped before completing it,then went through alliance credit councelling service and they have been excellent help..i have paid off a couple of credit cards through them,and down to 3 with them now...first i have one account thats listed 3 times on my credit report,through 3 different agencies.can i have anything removed with those 3 listing the same account,they show it being seriously past due and im current with the latest one,and paying regularly on it.2 i had a cellphone bill through sprint that i owed on,i never got a balance from them and called to find out and they said i had a balance of zero,so i stopped paying them,also i never recieved a letter from them.its been about 6 years since i closed that account..i havent recieved anythign from them and worried that i will..and the 3rd thing,i had one credit card account that called me and made arrangements on a 1600 account,for 12 months pay 107.00 per month and it would be settled.after i paid my last payment i called them requesting a letter stating this account paid off.i never got a reply,and i started getting calls about i still owed them money,and that the person i made the arrangements with wasnt correct in giving me that settlement.saying i still owed 800 dollars..it got heated and i cussed the person and hung up,that was about 6 months ago and i havent heard back from them since..was i wrong in this? any help would be appreciated.thanksWhat is the name of your state?
