Affidavit of Forgery

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington

Is there anything good about a collections company stating they will remove the debt from your credit report once they receive an Affidavit of Forgery? What is and how do I obtain such a form.
I disputed a debt my ex-wife initiated by forging my signature. I provided substantial evidence of the forgery, i.e. we were separated at the time with a restraining order in effect, etc.
