| Try creditboards.com. When was the last activity date? What type of debt is it?

| The last activity on the account was 8/2000. It was an MBNA credit card, so I believe under MN statute it is titled as an open ended account thus having a 6 yr statute of limitations. |

| Where exactly do I find an example letter for the affirmative defense on SOL on creditboard.com? I just want to be sure that my language is executed correctly so that I do not have an invalid "answer" to the summons that my wife was given. Your help is greatly appreciated! |

| Click on forums, then read the credit forum. I don't have a specific link, but all they talk about on that forum is stuff like this. Good luck.
