Amazon Seller

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

I have been selling on Amazon for the last three years. This month, after suspending payments for 30 days, they have suspended my account due to a 1.6% negative feedback rating. While I feel this is harsh and a real issue for me, it seems they are not going to budge so I have to accept it. However, they want to keep all my accrued funds (almost $3000 that in part I usually need to cover my shipping expenses that are sitting as debt on my credit card) for another 90 days. By then, I will have spent significantly more in interest than what I have earned. Their logic is that this is to cover A-Z claims. Since I have only had a few hundreds in claims over the last three years, I cannot agree with Amazon to keep all my earnings for this long. Is there any legal way to get at least part of this money paid out?

Ask Amazon (this is governed totally by your contract with them.)
