Anyone want to collect my judgement? lol

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Alabama for the judgement

This is more of a joke than anything. I have a judgement against a guy who is former military and used to rent my home. He left the area and I have no idea where he ended up. I sent it to a collection agency and don't even remember the agency name so I am sure they have never collected anything or if they did they didn't contact me. I am interested in reengaging the debt and this time being more on the ball and keeping track of the collection agency.

Question: Is there anything I need to consider about the original collection agency or since it has been 2-3 years can I pretty much write them off? Thanks.

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
