Arbitration Award

What is the name of your state?Ca. An arbitration award on credit card debt has never been recorded as a judgement against me. Since the award was granted, the SOL on the debt has expired (over 4 years old). Can they still file a judgement against me? Pease advise.

Hi Orty,

I am in the same boat as you. The NAF has entered an award against me in favour of MBNA.

My sources tell me that the award is not enforceable.

The award has to go through the court system.

You have some options here.

Vacate the award or start a lawsuit against them.
