Question

Asset Acceptance Class Action?

What is the name of your state? Florida

I recently heard or read somewhere something about a class action suit against Asset. I did a search and can't find anything about it. Anyone hear/know anything about this? They are the scumbags suing my husband on a debt past SOL.

Asset Acceptance is a collection agency.
