asset protection-debt collection

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state? Minnesota

My brother and I have farm land we own equal shares. We also have a checking account for farm income. Can a credit card company freeze the assets in the checking account?

Does the same apply to a CD in both our names?

Would it be prudent to put the account in the name of the person who is not having CC collection issues?

Would this be considered a fraudulant transfer?

What about starting an LLC for this checking account?
