Attorney breached stipulation?

What is the name of your state? Florida

I signed a stipulation to entry of judgement for a car accident four years ago. I agreed to pay $500.00 and then $100.00 a month until the balance was paid. The stipulation stated that as long as I made the agreed upon payments...they would take no action to revoke my drivers license. I have made every payment early. Four months later...I recieved a notice of suspension today in the mail stating that I was in default of the judgement. What recourse do I have?
