attorney general taking state tax return moneyOhio I am writing to see if anyone knows where to go to get information regarding the attorney general, namely what their requirements are and processes they follow in order to justify taking state tax return money from a tax payer for the purpose of paying a debt. Any information would be greatly appreciated! Thanks. |

| Is there a judgment on record for this debt? If so, then the AG will have no way to know it is not a false debt. If this is the case, you need to address the debt judgment first and get it cleared up, then deal with the AG. |
