Reposession
My vehicle was reposessed. Under Florida Law Statute 537.012 they must give me the opportunity to redeem vehicle and allow me to purchase the vehicle at auction. I was never given any information prior to the sale. They called me after the sale trying to collect money. I asked questions. What I found out is that they moved the vehicle to an auction that was over 100 miles away and I called the auction and was told it was a private/dealer only auction. Isnt this violation. They still want me to pay for a vehicle that they denied my rights to and it is on my credit. What can I do?
