bad credit

What is the name of your state? Idaho
I had a business partnership with a friend of mine, where he used my ebay account sold toys. he cut me a percent each month everything was great until he messed up the ebay account and got it closed later after the fact i ran credit report and he had opened many credit card under my name and never paid any of them. All o the accounts are just closing down. my credit is 500 and i cant even get help from my bank. my question is can i consolidate all of the old written off bills and start a payment plan to pay them all off or is it too late. should i go to the authorities and how would that work?What is the name of your state?
